Lost and Found, A Stage Play
What happens when our emotional scars are visible? Or manifest as physical impairments? This comedy/drama seeks to answer this question in two acts. After their group therapy session for love’s emotional scars is cancelled, various characters encounter adventures and mishaps over the course of one evening as they try to make sense of their lives. Lost and Found is a two-act play running approximately 85 minutes plus intermission. The cast includes four women, five men, and one gender neutral role. The play uses simple props, basic costuming, and can be performed with or without the use of a set. Please send all royalty inquiries via the Contact page.
The act of confronting our emotional scars, or going to therapy, is sometimes seen as taboo. Lost and Found strives to change that, reminding us that no matter where we are in our lives, we all yearn for acceptance, hope, and love as these characters do.
